Notified is hiring a Client Support Specialist onto our Global Onboarding Team. We are open to filling this position in our El Segundo, CA, USA (2321 Rosecrans Avenue) or Toronto, Ontario, Canada (155 University Avenue) office. Our expectation at this time is you would work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. The shift will be 8:30a - 5:00p PT in El Segundo and 11:30a-8:00p ET in Toronto.

**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties**:
**Duties include any or all of the following (other duties may be assigned as needed)**:

- Perform account research on organizations who are looking to do business within the product line of business
- Act as main point of contact for prospects until their account is approved
- Embraces collaborating with teammates
- Ability to work occasional overtime during high volume periods
- Ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are met
- Participate in and lead additional projects as required

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing position required.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
