**PAY RATE**:$34.03 to $40.57 per hour

**SUMMARY OF THE POSITION**
The Team Lead will supervise the day-to-day delivery of high-quality services, staff orientation, quality management and performance improvement within the new 28 transitional bed program at 65 Delhi St. in Guelph. The Team Lead will also have a role in the development and implementation of policy, procedure and programs specific to client care. The Team Lead will supervise the delivery of programs for clients, the carrying out of individualized support plans, the delivery of supportive counselling, crisis prevention and intervention, skills development, food security and vocational and leisure support. In each of these areas, the Team Lead will provide supervision, coordination and guidance in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of Thresholds.
**HOURS OF WORK**
Thirty-five (35) hour week, the hours being flexible to the needs of the staff, clients and the program. This role will participate in the Agency’s on-call service rotation as Manager on-call.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is required.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in the field of healthcare.
- Three to five years of experience working in mental health, addictions or supportive housing.
- Experience viewing, using, and/or being aware of certain protected health information or other facts about individuals that are of a highly personal and confidential nature and adhering to all PIDA and PIPEDA legislation
- Vulnerable background check within 6 weeks from start date is required.
- A valid Ontario G-class license and proof of insurance is required.
- Must be an energetic self-starter who is able to function comfortably in a team environment or independently and relates well to co-workers and the public.
- This position requires flexibility and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with little supervision.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and program execution skills.
- Above average writing ability; ability to analyze written reports, complex documents and publications.
- Ability to support performance management and improvement as needed.
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and ability to execute on decisions made.
