**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a versatile and innovative **Content Writer/Creator** to join our office-based team. In this role, you will create engaging and high-quality content for a variety of industries, including construction, security, and transportation. Your main responsibility will be to develop and manage content that aligns with each company’s branding and marketing goals across digital and print platforms. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop, write, and design content for websites, social media, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials for companies in construction, security, and transportation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the unique content needs of each industry and deliver consistent, brand-appropriate messaging.
- Create a variety of content types including articles, case studies, press releases, video scripts, infographics, and more.
- Assist in managing social media accounts for multiple companies, ensuring regular posting, engagement, and community management.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience insights to tailor content for maximum engagement and impact.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create visual and multimedia content, including photo shoots and video production, when needed.
- Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines to drive online visibility.
- Attend industry-specific events or on-site projects (construction sites, security installations, transportation hubs) to capture content (photos, videos, interviews).
- Track and report content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to improve content strategies.
- Maintain content calendars for each company, ensuring deadlines are met and content is scheduled regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, content manager, or similar role, preferably with experience across multiple industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of content types.
- Ability to adapt content style and tone to different industries, such as construction, security, and transportation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for optimizing content.
- Proficiency in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, as well as collaborate within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
