Job Title: Personal Assistant with Social Media, QuickBooks, Excel, and HR Experience

NOTE: Y0U NEED TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO 2 LOCATIONS. THIS IS AN OFFICE ROLE (2 OFFICES). THIS IS NOT REMOTE

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management: Manage and post content on social media platforms for both companies.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media strategies.

Financial Administration: Utilize QuickBooks to process invoices, create quotes, and track financial transactions.
Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.

Excel Expertise:Create and maintain spreadsheets to track various data and metrics.
Generate reports and analyze data to assist in decision-making processes.
Organize and manage information in Excel efficiently.

Human Resources Support:Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and update relevant databases.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee events.

File Management and Policy Creation:Develop and implement efficient filing systems to organize physical and digital documents.
Collaborate with management to establish new company policies and procedures.
Ensure existing policies and processes are up to date and readily accessible.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Knowledge of basic human resources functions and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work effectively from two office locations and remotely when required.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.18 per hour
