We are looking for a part-time receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. As this clinic is just starting out, you will be an integral part of our team and we are looking for someone to invest and contribute to the clinic’s success.

In this role, you will need to work independently to carry out the day-to-day operations of the clinic. These tasks will include, but are not limited to:
**A. Patient Experience**
- Welcome, assist, and interact with patients
- Managing communication between the clients and the clinic/clinicians
- Maintain an organized workspace - physically and electronically
- Manage appointments, billings, and collection

**B. Feedback**
- Meet with the team on a monthly basis to discuss operational challenges and solutions
- Attend training sessions and workshops

**C. Clinic Space**
- Ensure the outside of the clinic (i.e. parking, walkway, front door, sandwich board) is organized, clean, and unobstructed
- Report any issues with the physical space of the clinic
- Maintain a presentable front desk and patient waiting area including ensuring they are clean, organized, and follow brand guidelines
- Assist with keeping treatment space, rooms and exercise area clean
- Products are stocked, organized, and follows brand guidelines
- Sorting, washing, and folding linens

**D. Operations**
- Complete start of day and end of day checklist
- Deliver and ensure a high quality patient experience
- Track coverage for insurance claims.
- Suggest improvements and escalate any operational issues to the team
- Assist in organizing meetings with referral sources
- Assist in building the brand through social media

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
