**Responsibilities**:_
- Assist the Director of Operations with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Help create and edit marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
- Provide support for our social media accounts and post engaging content regularly
- Update our product pages on our website, making sure photos and descriptions are current and compelling
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- **Qualifications**:_
- Experience or schooling in marketing, communications or a related field an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing automation software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
