Custom Home Insulation Services Inc. is a growing, fast paced insulation company seeking a Insulation Installer to work on our various residential projects around the Peterborough area.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with insulation install into residential settings.
- Use tools, such as tape measures, knives, etc. as needed to prepare, as well as clean-up insulation.
- Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging and hoisting equipment.
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment, job site clean-up, and various maintenance tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/ Skills include**:

- Valid G Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Carpooling available when jobs are outside Peterborough.
- Comfortable working on scaffolding and ladders
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Strong decision-making skills
- Detailed oriented and able to take instructions from experienced team members
- Driven and eager to learn and advance.
- Ability to work Mon-Fri (occasional weekends), start time as early as 6am with flexible end times.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a variety of different environmental conditions and weather elements
- Work can occur in confined spaces and at heights
- Standing, bending, repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs
- Use of common handheld power tools
- Wearing PPE such as safety boots, safety glasses, gloves, masks/respirators, and Tyvek suits

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
