**Office Administrator/Coordinator/Property Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, Construction Manager, and other staff.
- Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Assist with fostering excellent relationships with tenants.
- Update and manage Tenant contacts.
- Prepare monthly reports (updating rent rolls, lease expiration and arrears).
- Assist with tenant invoicing and monthly rent collections.
- Investigate and resolve tenant queries.
- Coordinate with tenants, property managers and utility providers to ensure accounts are in good standing
- Liaise with construction team to ensure invoices are inline with contract

Skills & Requirements:

- High school diploma is required.
- QuickBooks experience is an asset
- Yardi or other property management software experience is an asset
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed.
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines.
- 1+ years of administration experience.

**Salary**: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
