**Responsibilities Include**:

- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on residential plumbing, gas, and hydronic heating systems.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets Pioneer 2000's standards and safety protocols.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system integrity and efficiency.
- Utilize backflow testing to maintain system compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and any repairs.
- Collaborate with the team on complex issues and provide support for continuous improvement in service quality.
- Conduct on-site safety assessments and uphold industry safety standards.
- Provide feedback and training to junior technicians to ensure consistent quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience Level**: Highly skilled in plumbing, gas, and hydronic heating systems, with a strong background in residential settings.
- **Licenses Required**: Clean driver's license, Journeyman Certificate (preferred), Backflow Testing Certification (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to effectively relay technical information and support team members.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
