**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and Install Furniture.
- Review incoming loads and determine if manpower needs are met, help offload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and submit claims as needed.
- Confirm and coordinate products for outgoing loads.
- Ensure H&S needs are met and replenish goods as required.
- Ensure an accurate inventory of all stock and give figures to management monthly.
- Maintain relationships with clients through discussions on site and reviewing products.
- Review the schedule and confirm all POD's and Def are filed and processed.
- Ensure every delivery is booked and paperwork is prepared.
- Run reports to ensure all products have been received, delivered, or scheduled.
- Complete deliveries in alignment with the CDI Installations Service Expectations.

**Required Experience**:

- High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary Diploma preferred.
- 5+ years experience in scheduling and client care
- Furniture Installer experience required
- Class Five Driver's license
- Excellent in MS Office Suite.
- Skills in estimation and reading furniture layouts and drawings is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail orientated
