We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and maintaining accurate financial records. **Duties**:

- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions
- Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls and making reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

**Experience**:

- Previous Hilton experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel setting is beneficial
