The Project Manager, Integration Management will be managing the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into TMX Group's existing operations. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive decision-making and delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Project Planning & Management
Partner with enterprise functions (i.e., Finance, Technology, HR, Legal) to develop detailed 100 day/long-term integration project plans and manage timelines/key milestones, resources, deliverables, budget, and risks/issues
Communicate, track and document progress, status updates, and key decisions to respective team members, Steering Committee and senior management
Resolve critical issues effectively to keep delivery on track
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with enterprise functions to ensure a successful and efficient integration process, and facilitate cross-functional training and knowledge transfer
Partner with multiple workstreams, as needed, to effectively manage dependencies and ensure delivery timelines and budget are not negatively impacted
Prioritize risks/issues and use problem-solving skills to find pragmatic solutions where possible, while understanding when to escalate to senior leadership
Change Management
Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement change management initiatives to support transition to the future operating model
Work with leadership to ensure clear communication of the integration vision, objectives, and expected outcomes to all employees
**Must haves**:
10+ years experience in integration, project, or change management roles
MBA or Masters level education preferred
Experience in integration management, corporate development, or a similar role, with a focus on operating model development and delivery
Proven track record leading complex, large-scale integration projects
Exceptional project management, organization, and time management skills with ability to think strategically, analyze complex situations, and deal with ambiguity to keep delivery on track
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work through challenges systematically to find pragmatic solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively and build a deep network of relationships across all levels of the organization

PMP certification
Experience with change management methodologies and best practices
