We are currently looking to fill 1 full time position in our deli department.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure the deli is kept clean and presentable at all times, including cleaning countertops, floors, equipment, and display cases. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a hygienic work environment.
- **Product Handling**: Assist in receiving and unpacking daily shipments of deli products. Slice deli meats and cheese as per customer request, package and merchandise all deli products ensuring they are attractively presented and well-stocked throughout the day.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Take orders, handle transactions accurately, and provide assistance and information about store products.
- **End of Shift Duties**: Assist in closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas, storing equipment and ingredients properly, and completing end-of-day cashouts.
- **Flexibility**: Be available to work flexible hours, as early as 7am and as late as 8pm, including weekends and holidays, as the bakery operates seven days a week. Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet business demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a deli or food service environment preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
