**Responsibilities**
- Execute annual marketing plan including digital marketing, advertising, events, and thought leadership to generate new business for net2phone.
- Support for digital advertising, including copywriting for digital ads.
- Maintain our social media presence
- Contribute to events strategy and execution throughout the year.
- Execute a content calendar across online platforms to drive thought leadership and increase online brand mentions, providing suggestions on how to enhance the calendar.
- Ensure website content aligns with the brand's mission/vision/values and appeals to our target market.
- Support and evolve the editorial voice and tone standards across our products.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical ability of qualitative and quantitative research

**Nice to Haves**:

- Bilingual (English and French)
- Experience in the B2B space
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot and Hubspot marketing platforms.
- Experience with or knowledge of the cloud communications industry, particularly VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS product sets

This role is a Monday to Friday work week for 37.5 hours a week, within the working hours of 8am
