**Relève du** gestionnaire des opérations du territoire (TOM) ou de son délégué Dans le cadre des Opérations de service, vous aiderez à la prestation des services dans le territoire qui vous a été assigné. Vous serez responsable des demandes de
- service qui passent par notre système de gestion et des techniciens de service de planification et d’expédition_ pour assurer les réparations et les mises à niveau en temps opportun de l’équipement des clients.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Soyez engagé et conscient de l’ensemble des opérations de service de vos territoires et des besoins des clients.
- Communication et interaction étroites avec le gestionnaire de service et les coordonnateurs.
- Générer de nouvelles demandes de service dans le système si nécessaire. Joindre toute la documentation pertinente
- Gérer le calendrier des travaux de service pour les clients assignés et les agents sur le terrain.
- Maintenir le Conseil de planification à Siebel pour s’assurer que toutes les parties prenantes internes peuvent consulter le calendrier mis à jour. Communiquer de manière proactive avec les agents sur le terrain et la direction locale au besoin.
- Suivez et recevez les documents requis.
- Prendre des dispositions pour la location d’équipement nécessaire, ainsi que la sous-traitance au besoin.
- Communiquer avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes tout au long des projets.
- Organiser les services et l’équipement sous-traités, y compris les locations.
- Ouvrez les demandes de service et planifiez les agents sur le terrain pour répondre aux pannes d’urgence.
- Examiner les détails de facturation des travaux terminés avant d’aller de l’avant avec le processus de facturation.
- Examiner les mesures achevées dans la demande de service pour s’en vérifier l’achèvement et l’exactitude.
- Surveiller les trousses de travail et les mesures de suivi au sein du système pour s’assurer que la demande de service progresse. Communiquer avec Service Manager toutes les préoccupations.
- Créer des lignes de frais appropriées pour les services fournis au client. Assurez-vous que les lignes de charge correspondent au bon de commande du client si nécessaire.
- Transférer les pistes par les agents de terrain vers des ressources désignées pour l’estimation et le devis
- Effectuer la préparation de la facturation quotidiennement pour répondre aux normes de l’entreprise.
- Maintenir continuellement le rapport sur les travaux en cours (TEC) en veillant à ce qu’il reflète l’état actuel du travail en service actif.
- Assurez-vous que tous les problèmes de temps horaire sont résolus avant d’envoyer des travaux à la facturation.
- Coordonner avec le gestionnaire de service et le gestionnaire des opérations de territoire pour s’assurer que les tâches problématiques reçoivent l’attention appropriée.
- Examiner le rendement au travail et les leçons apprises tout en fournissant des commentaires aux autres coordonnateurs ou aux équipes de vente.
- Débrouillard et volonté de soutenir en cas de panne d’urgence jusqu’à ce que l’équipement du client soit fonctionnel.

**ÉTUDES**:Baccalauréat préféré, l’expérience et la formation équivalentes antérieures seront prises en compte.

**EXPÉRIENCE**:Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans le service industriel et / ou l’expédition d’affaires préférées. Doit être axé sur le client. Capable de hiérarchiser et de multitâche dans un environnement de service à rythme rapide. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations humaines. Systèmes très solides et compétences PC.
