We are looking for a Project Manager to execute Human Resources related projects. Your future duties and responsibilities: Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete projects on time, on budget and on scope
Oversee all aspects of project
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize project progress
Prepare reports for senior management regarding project progress
Coordinate internal and 3rd party/vendor resources for flawless execution of projects
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget
Ensure availability and allocation of resources
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track work progress
Manage changes to project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate auditing techniques
Measure project performance using tools and techniques
Make reports and forward them to management as needed
Ensure that all projects are properly handed over to operational teams
Participate in relevant IS&T and PMO governance forums
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance and achievement of short
- and long-term goals and/or benefits
Meet budget goals and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients as well as others staff members
Continuously use and develop leadership skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: More than 10 years of experience in project management and extensive experience with SAP systems as well as the IT field.
Excellent communication skills with customers and internally.
Bilingualism is required.
Strong organizational and change management skills, including attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II is a plus.
Experience with SAP HR modules required.
