- Must have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative position
- Must have a university degree, or a college diploma with Microsoft office courses
- Must have experience with an ERP System or quick-books
- Must have great communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be have excellent skills using Microsoft office, mainly word and Excel
- Very fast passed environment, must be able to multi task.

Excellent customer service skills is a must
- Filling, Order Entry and administrative work
- Must be able to call customers to help with Taking orders ,collections of receivables, and account follow up
- Must be able to compile files for commissions on excel very effectively with

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 75 per week
