We are a busy company with a need to hire experienced skilled Carpenters to work in the Cowichan Valley from Ladysmith to Mill Bay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, shape and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Select and use appropriate tools and materials for each project.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
