**Description**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Review preliminary concept plans, perform due diligence activities and project evaluation
- Assist in preparing supporting documents such as Planning Rationales
- Liaise with clients, other consultants, municipalities and other associated agencies in the pursuit of approvals, communicating project information and coordinating tasks
- Assist in negotiating agreements and conditions (e.g., subdivision and site plan conditions/ agreements, condominium registration, permits, etc.)

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced interdisciplinary work environment
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Detail-oriented and effective time management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- A commitment to excellence and high quality work with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a multi-disciplined team
- A valid Province of Ontario driver’s license
- University degree in Urban and Regional Planning or equivalent
