We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and positive Speech Language Pathologist as an independent contractor to work with us in our growing private practice.

**Job Details**:

- Casual independent contract with an opportunity for a part-time position.
- Providing in-clinic and/or in-home sessions in midtown Toronto
- Starting July 2023
- Assess and treat pediatric speech and language disorders for toddlers and school-age clients.
- Provide direct individualized one-on-one treatment.
- Collaborate with clients and families from multicultural backgrounds.
- Create and develop creative therapy and home programming materials as needed.
- Competitive compensation.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and currently registered in good standing with CASLPO.
- At least 2 years post graduate work experience conducting formal and informal assessments and providing therapy to the pediatric and school-age population.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, energetic and creative.
- Experience with ASD & CAS populations is an asset
- Experience with social groups is an asset.
- Flexible work schedule (must be available evenings and weekends)
- Have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
- Have personal practice liability insurance.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $80.00-$105.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-07-05
