**Responsibilities**:
- Support President with their weekly schedule, responsibilities and administrative duties to help advance business goals
- Manage, organize and coordinate all project deliverables to company
- Organize and manage all critical documentation for easy access.
- Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Support timeline management to monitor project deadlines, required deliverables to support the Founder’s and company schedule. Set up an agreed-upon system to guide follow-up.
- Maintain Social Media (experience with instagram, Facebook, reels, tik Tok)
- Assist in Marketing initiatives
- Book any travel and coordinate expenses as needed
- Take over personal errands (gas mileage will be paid in addition)
Ideal Qualities:
- Ideal minimum 2 years’ professional experience working for a C-Suite employer
- Proactive problem solver who is solution oriented with excellent follow-through
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail; ability to multi-task when necessary
- Highly trustworthy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Suite, Social Media Marketing, Calendar Management
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (salary based on experience)
Schedule:
- 10 - 30 hours per week. This position has the opportunity of growing into greater hours.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or college diploma
- High School Diploma (must have)
**Experience**:
- Executive Assistant: 2 years (required)
- Vehicle (valid Ontario licence)
