**Job Description**:
**What will you do ?**
- Prepare and examining financial reports;
- Participate in preparation of financial analysis including budget to actual variance analysis;
- Participate in automation and optimization;
- Improve the rationalization of financial data;
- Ensure implementation of recommendations to improve the accuracy of financial information;
- Identify areas for improvement;
- Support the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial data collection;
- Support activities by liaising with the finance team.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in accounting or finance;
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Experience in financial process improvement;
- Experience with financial system migration;
- Strong analytical thinking and superior learning ability; Team player; Detailed oriented, very organized and takes pride in providing complete and accurate information;
- Comfortable working as part of a large, complex organization with multiple divisions and locations;
- Knowledge and proficiency in accounting and financial systems and software; knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI is essential; Power Query, D365, Odoo, Maximo, will be considered an asset;
- Bilingual French/English.
