Our unparalleled success has now positioned us to expand from a market contender to be the dominant force in the industry, and we are looking for a fully remote **Regional Sales Manager (Canada)** to help us get there.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in meeting our aggressive growth objectives (alongside your US counterpart) through traditional business development activities as well as managing and expanding the outside sales team. Travel is a significant part of this position: 50% + across Canada, and the occasional trip to head office in Colorado.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, is always working to do better, is able to lead others, and is experienced in selling larger ticket items (6 figures + ) and nurturing clients and sales projects through a longer sales cycle.

This role offers base plus no cap commission, which can easily hit $200,000 +, as well as profit share program, phone, and healthcare benefits including 401K.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Significantly increasing the sales pipeline, and meeting aggressive sales goals.
- Maintaining a targeted gross profit average across all projects.
- Managing and expanding an outside representative network, growing to 100% domestic Canadian coverage.
- Negotiating the proposal and competitive bid process in conjunction with outside sales representatives.
- Seeing projects through, from initial quoting to installation & ongoing operation.
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with end users, engineers, regulators, and outside representatives—those that extend beyond the project.
- Navigating a complex sales environment, one with many involved parties and a 12-month sales cycle.
- Establishing Triplepoint as a thought leader through conference exhibitions presentations.
