**AS A SALES MANAGER, EASTERN ONTARIO, YOU WILL**:

- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals. This may involve identifying target markets, assessing customer needs, and formulating sales strategies accordingly.
- Actively prospect and generate new leads within the HVACR industry. This includes conducting market research, attending industry events, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive and informative product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the products you represent.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them select the right products and solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations for potential clients, including detailed pricing, specifications, and project timelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, address any concerns or issues promptly, and follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Leverage CRM tool to manage accounts.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as engineering, operations, and customer support. This involves coordinating project details, communicating customer requirements, and managing expectations throughout the sales process.
- Attend trade shows, participate in industry associations, and continuously update your knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You keep up with current and possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- 4-5 years of customer facing sales experience in the refrigeration and/or HVACR field.
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma.
- Willingness to grow, learn, develop and take-on new challenges.
- Demonstrated sales and account management experience.
- Able to travel 50% to meet business needs. Company vehicle will be provided.
- Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.

**BONUS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Bilingual in English & French would be an asset for this role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVACR and/or refrigeration systems: Extensive experience and expertise in HVACR systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, is necessary. This includes a deep understanding of system components, energy efficiency, installation practices, and industry standards.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is typically preferred.
- Certified HVACR Technician, Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), or other industry-specific certifications, demonstrates a commitment to professional development and signifies expertise in the field.
