We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters / Sales Persons. This commission-based role offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about renewable energy and eager to start a career in sales. No prior sales experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the company.
- Schedule appointments between potential customers and sales representatives.
- Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are kept and to reschedule as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential customers in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Assist in developing scripts and strategies to improve appointment-setting effectiveness.
- Participate in regular training sessions and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a Canadian resident.
- Strong interest in sales and renewable energy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
