- _**_Summary:_**

The **Media Sales Coordinator** has a key role in supporting our Publishers to achieve revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role will be responsible for helping to coordinate sales activities, managing client accounts, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- Support the Publishers in preparing sales materials, contracts, and presentations for clients.
- Provide administrative support, including revenue and pipeline reporting, setting up contracts in SJC’s CRM platform, and working with SJC’s finance department to ensure bookings and billings run smoothly.
- Communicate with clients on active campaigns and events, providing updates, managing feedback and delivering post report analysis.
- Create sales sheets for editorial programs and help to manage the outreach and follow ups on these opportunities, with media agencies, PR companies and direct clients.
- Liaise with our research lead and audience team to pull together key insights about our brands for various advertising categories
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the Sales, Branded Content and Event teams, to ensure the successful execution of sales campaigns, event sponsorships and other projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the media industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices, including customer relationship management and sales pipeline management.
- Proven track record of supporting sales / marketing teams and achieving revenue targets
