Motivated in creating treatment plans for the guest, whilst keeping their goals and expectations in mind. Confidence in delivering details of the science behind the treatments, skincare and why you are recommending each of those to your guest and the benefits are paramount.

- Excellent guest interaction and engagement
- Managing guest expectations and ensuring satisfaction
- Positive, punctual, and reliable
- Able to follow direction, also to take initiative
- High professional benchmark for the quality of service and knowledge delivered to guests
- Open door policy with communication, there is no such thing as a mistake you only learn and grow
- Ability and Willingness to train cross functionally into other roles such as front desk, sales and more
- Willingness to be present/active on social media
- willingness to improve aesthetic techniques and skills through continuous training

**Qualifications**

A minimum of 2 years experience in the Aesthetic industry with a Diploma of completion in the Esthetic’s program.

Experience is Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Laser (IPL/BBL/Hybrid-Fractional), Facial/Facial peel's, Medical Aesthetics will all be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
