**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Educate clients on our products and the features they offer.
- Communicate to gain insight on client needs and offer products that best suit their business' demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Enhance client knowledge through consultative selling, promoting new products, and informing them about current promotions.
- Accurately and efficiently handle order entry and processing.
- Manage outbound and inbound sales calls to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist clients with product inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions, update information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Undertake additional duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in a sales role - beauty sales will be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language.
- Proficiency in French will be considered an asset, but is not required.
- Experience in order entry and sales calls.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of building and maintaining key relationships with high-priority accounts and clients.
- Driven to gain extensive product knowledge and leverage it in generating sales.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
- Highly adaptable and willing to learn new things.
