**About the Role**

As a **Service Coordinator** at Trojan Technologies, you will work closely with a Project Manager to help our customer meet their water quality objectives. This includes customer guidance through the installation and commissioning activities until our provided solution has started and working as intended. This is a coordination role where emphasis will be on developing understanding of our water quality products and working closely with our customers. This role will support customers in the form of scheduling and providing needed service documentation to field technicians and continuous status communication to customers and field technicians during each stage of the installation projects.

**_ This role will be apart of the Service Operations Department and will be on a Hybrid structure located in London, ON, with travel up to 10%._**

**The essential responsibilities of the job include**:

- Cultivate key customer relationships to interpret their needs and requirements
- Develop plans for a service technician visiting customer sites; Ensure scope of work, parts, tools, and resources are arranged to enable a successful customer experience
- Support Project Managers by assisting with the review of installation documents and pictures and present solutions as required, to ensure site readiness for service technicians
- Manage all Field Technician’s schedules to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Active part in driving continuous improvement to technical documents and field related processes.

**Are you qualified?**
- 1-3 Years of industry experience or customer service experience
- Experience with schedule coordination
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sales and Operations to help resolve site specific difficulties
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
