**Overview**:
The Business Development Trainer is responsible for the effective development and delivery of a comprehensive, business and employment development program, including coaching/counseling, training, and mentoring.
**Qualifications**:_**What would make you a good fit?**_
- You have Post Secondary Education in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Experience with business planning and operations; group training and facilitation; coaching/counseling; mentoring; and related experience in employment programs and services
- You are a team player, positive and self-motivated
- Knowledge of women’s issues, in particular, a deep understanding of challenges faced by women entrepreneurs on an individual and systemic level,
- Experience in microfinance and community economic development, and experience as an entrepreneur, or as a senior staff member of a business, are assets
- **Written and verbal fluency in French is a significant asset**
