Description:
We are looking for a** Commercial Sales Coordinator **who enjoys variety in their day, and pays close attention to detail. As a key part of our commercial sales team you will work to:
**Accountabilities**:
- Establish active communication, informing customers about delivery dates and possible delays
- Maintain open project log, understanding que and alerting team of any backlogs
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications
- Provide backup reception coverage as needed
- Support Senior Management by maintaining organized sales records and reports
- Attend relevant product training and develop an understanding of the products and services of the commercial department
- Perform initial investigation of customer complaints under the direction of the Regional Manager.
- Other relevant or administrative tasks as directed by management
**Required Skills, Abilities and Experience**:
- Grade 12 diploma and 2-5 years customer service experience;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or administrative role
- Experienced with MS Office Suite, well-versed in Excel and outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
**Job Type**:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- On site at our Edmonton North location
- Reporting to the Branch Manager
