Join our team in Surrey as a Shop and Fleet Operations Coordinator In this crucial role, you will ensure the smooth operation of both our shop and fleet, working both outdoors in the yard and indoors in the warehouse. Your primary goal is to ensure that the team is out of the shop by 7:15 AM every morning. Your success will be determined by your exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage resources efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Keep shop clean and organized
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to avoid shortages of necessary supplies.
- Maintain and organize the shop to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
- Coordinate with the mechanic and operations team to ensure all trucks and vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for the fleet to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of vehicles.
- Assist in repairs and maintenance tasks around the shop as needed.
- Track and report on inventory levels, maintenance activities, and other key metrics.
- Load and unload trucks with necessary materials and equipment.
- Cut synthetic grass as required for projects.
- Drive equipment and other tools to job sites

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of shop and fleet management.
- Mechanic and handyman experience required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.
- Incredibly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
