**Essential Job Functions**:

- Experience of working in Trinium Trucking Software
- Assist with billing / sales invoicing.
- Answer inquiries and reconcile accounts for customers.
- Prepare collection report for the sales team.
- Work with customers and sales team on collections.
- Follow up on collection calls to ensure compliance with commitments as made by customers.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end close to ensure compliance with ASPE and Corporate policies.
- Perform special projects to improve process efficiency in the area of Finance / Accounting.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaison with external and internal auditors.
- Assist with Accounts Payable book-keeping tasks.

**Further requirements**:

- Minimum of two years accounts receivable experience.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of ASPE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software tools.
- Take initiative, ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with QuickBooks accounting system.
- Experience of working in Trinium Trucking Software
- Enrolled in professional accounting program such as CPA would be beneficial.

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
