**Job description**
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, conscientious, experienced, and professional individual who is serious about joining our fast-growing company - as an **Office Administrator/ Accounting Assistant.**

**Selection Criteria**
- 3+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience using QuickBooks Online
- Knowledge of Dext, Plooto, and other supplemental accounting software
- Proficiency in Excel and can utilize, and manipulate computer programs and databases
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Proven sense of urgency and ability to work effectively to deadlines
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - works well under pressure and stress
- High energy and enthusiasm level
- Ability to juggle competing demands and meet the needs of several projects/teams
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, focus on quality
- Excellent organizational skills are critical
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients, suppliers, management and staff, and all levels of the business
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to past employers

**Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually (depending on experience)**
