Construction Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- work with management to coordinate construction projects
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with payroll processing and budgeting
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently
- Learn Buildertrend construction admin software
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in supervising and managing a team is preferred
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
