**Profile**:
As our Compensation & Benefits Business Partner, you will lead global initiatives related to compensation and benefits by developing and maintaining structures, conducting research, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with legislation.

**Your Role**:

- Develop a solid understanding of the current Acadian global compensation practices and benefits requirements
- Using all available resources, develop and update global compensation structures
- Maintain total rewards inventories for each country in which Acadian operates
- Work with the People & Culture team and relevant stakeholders to define job classifications and roles
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices, by proactively seeking out data from research organizations and relevant companies
- Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with current legislation
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
- Complete group benefits administration globally including enrolments, changes, renewals and terminations
- Create communications and lead benefits awareness campaigns
- Support the company's vision and policies regarding Health & Safety, Corporate Culture, and Environmental Management by displaying the appropriate behaviours and leadership towards meeting the company's objectives in these areas.

**Qualifications/Competencies**:

- University degree in human resources, business administration, or commerce
- Proven working experience in HR, including compensation and benefits globally
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and classification
- Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations for multiple countries
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits globally
- Strong proofreading, grammar, and editing skills; excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
- Strong aptitude for software and technology; ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Intermediate to advanced ability in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems
- Results-oriented team player with exceptional initiative and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high standards with the ability to be flexible and adaptable
