- The Montréal West Island Integrated University Health and Social Services Center (MWI IUHSSC) is currently looking for Rehabilitation Assistants to fill various full time and part time day and evening positions at CROM (Lachine, Beaconsfield, Pointe-Claire, Kirkland, Montréal).
- The CROM is a public social services establishment that strives, in its jurisdiction, to offer people with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorders as well as their families, a wide range of services provided., within the community and in a timely manner. CROM promotes full inclusion and self-determination by providing these people with the support and expertise necessary to enable them to maximize their potential and enjoy a good quality of life. Through its programs, the Center encourages, promotes and stimulates the participation of users in the life of their community.
- As part of your duties, you will be required to:
- Participate in the development of the various therapeutic activity rehabilitation programs in collaboration with the medical team or professional or technical staff;
- See to the updating of these programs;
- Organize and lead individual or group activities;
- Participate in the evaluation of users' behaviour and attitudes;
- Write reports on observations and statistics as requested.
