Big Red Home Comfort Solutions is a leading provider of energy-efficient solutions in the residential sector. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Air Sealing Technicians. While prior experience in air sealing is not required, it is a benefit if you possess relevant skills or knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and implement proper air sealing techniques to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
- Utilize various tools and materials to seal air leaks in attics, walls, basements, and other vulnerable areas of homes.
- Collaborate with the customer to ensure that their air sealing needs and expectations are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work effectively alone and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- A valid driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.

Beneficial Skills (not required):

- Basic knowledge of building science and residential construction.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency concepts, such as blower door testing and infrared imaging.
- Experience using air sealing materials and tools.
- Understanding of insulation practices and techniques.
