**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Auto Glass Technicians as required
- Book auto glass replacement appointments for both retail customers and corporate accounts
- Coordinate appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling and customer satisfaction
- Provide customers with accurate quotes for service
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Provide information about our services and guide customers through the appointment process
- Address upsell opportunities
- _**Drive achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets**_
- Perform general receptionist and clerical tasks, including filing and data entry
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and transactions
- Assist in ensuring a clean and organized office and shop environment

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and patient demeanor
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- _**Previous automotive experience is an asset**_
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset but not necessary
- Prior experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or an administrative role is a plus
