**What you'll need to succeed**
Education
- Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing/Economics

Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a retail environment working with commissioned salespeople

**What you will be accomplishing in the role**
- Supervising and appraising sales staff performance in a timely fashion to achieve profitable sales targets as set out during annual and monthly meetings
- Taking personal responsibility for, and pride in, ensuring the satisfaction of every customer
- Attending and participating in all scheduled training meetings as well as Sales and Marketing meetings
- Recruiting, hiring, and training new sales staff, as required, in order to generate our targeted volume and gross margins in each department
- Strengthening inter-departmental relationships and improving customer satisfaction through active and consistent participation in all management activities
- Effectively representing the interests of our salespeople to the Director of Sales and Store Operations
- Communicating well in an honest and open manner with customers and coworkers
- Maintaining the Company business standards related to your role

**Salary**: $67,000.00-$93,000.00 per year
