Our Big Molly site near Glenevis (40 minutes northwest of Spruce Grove) is our regional Sand Processing Facility where we mine, wash and dry frac sand for direct shipment to our customers. We take pride in our product and value our employees while providing a close-knit, local place to work.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The **Equipment Operator** will be responsible to ensure that plant production is met, by feeding the plant with the correct product consistently and efficiently. In addition to supporting the plant and it’s production, the Equipment Operator also assists with all maintenance and / or related projects.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Operate equipment (Front End Loader) safely in accordance to Wayfinder Policies
- Load trucks as required and feed dry plant at varying feed rates, requested by dryer operator
- Maintain a level working area and clear access to product
- Check for any damage or issues on the equipment or site that may affect safe operation
- Continuous site upkeep, drainage to decant piles and access for loaders to process piles
- Keep all equipment clean and maintained for safe operation
- Complete all pre-use inspection checks and forms neatly and accurately
- Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks for cross shift to limit loss production time
- Maintain cleanliness of plant work areas
- Communicate and understand plan from Production Lead
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 3-5 years direct front end loader experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience should include industrialized environments, mining sites, logistics etc.
- Clean Class 5 Drivers License (Non-GDL) Required
- Mechanical aptitude, problem solving skills
- Computer skills a significant asset
- loader ticket preferred but not required
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
