**Responsibilities**:

- Systematically filing important company documents
- Receiving and organizing schedules for our client’s workplace testing
- Keeping track of all client contractor employees tested on an excel spreadsheet
- Managing invoice system for all testing
- Inputting tests into the system and releasing results to clients
- Ensuring requests are booked, finalized, and delegated to appropriate staff.
- Ensuring the testing is up to standard by creating a memorandum for records on tests with flaws and keeping track of everything in an Excel spreadsheet
- Tracking payment records and communicating daily summaries after processing payments
- Coordinating testing of any kind for third-party testers either at the local office or any of our testing sites
- Other duties and responsibilities, as requested

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years proven experience working in a similar office setting preferred
- Advanced in Microsoft documents: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility and good change management skills
- Sense of confidentiality and high level of discretion
- Sense of proactive initiative and team spirit
- Strong motivation and open and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on multiple tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
