$134,505 - $181,979

Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with FCC’s organizational goals. Using your proven expertise in partnership management, you’ll work collaboratively across various departments and externally to ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial and contribute to FCC’s overall success.

With your highly strategic mindset, deep understanding of the industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering on FCC’s strategy and mandate objectives by leveraging external relationships and opportunities to expand FCC’s role in the agriculture industry.

You’ll also oversee the partnership lifecycle, from initial contact and negotiation to implementation and ongoing management, and you’ll work closely with executive leadership to align partnership strategies with business objectives, including reporting on partnership performance and outcomes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the development and maintenance of partnership agreements
- Develop a conceptual framework for partnership lifecycle management
- Implement a strategy and explore partnership opportunities that meet the objectives of FCC’s strategic goals
- Oversee, monitor and recommend new opportunities/enhancements based on historical performance and future growth opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance, direction and coaching for the team
- Build relationships with industry partners and internal delivery teams

**What you’ll need**:

- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, technology, finance, business administration or commerce and at least 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of strategic planning and portfolio management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast paced, complex environment
- Background in agriculture or food
