**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PET SUPPLY STORE MANAGER**

In this retail management position, you play a crucial role in leading our staff and in fostering relationships with the local animal rescue community. Each day, you arrive at work ready to tackle a variety of important managerial tasks, including recruiting, scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching. Always organized and efficient, you handle the day-to-day assignment of tasks and ensure that all customer service standards are met by our staff. Leading by example, you uphold our company standards, ensuring your team consistently adheres to all corporate procedures.

In addition to leading your team, you complete important administrative activities, including orchestrating order placements, maintaining inventory, ensuring audits are completed, coordinating minor store repairs, and completing corporate paperwork.
