**Responsibilities**:
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365 (MacOS is a plus)
- Monitor Backups
- Maintain and managed Active directory including file and folder permissions, group policy
- Work closely with internal and external support personnel
- Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user computing hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Liaise with vendors for procurement of equipment and supplies
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and procedures
- Server management (DNS, DHCP, File Server, RDS)
- Maintain high level of competence through internal and external training
- Assist in the selection of new software or hardware by analyzing requirements and implementing the best solution
- Able to work after hours as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience in HyperV management, administration is a plus
- Firewall Management, VPN, scripting is a plus
- Relevant experience with SalesForce, Jotform or Squarespace is considered an asset
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree or College Diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience, preferably within a secure environment
- Secret clearance preferred
- O365 Management and administration experience
- Strong experience implementing and supporting Windows 10 workstation in a on premise or remote setting
- Strong IT hardware skills in the areas of servers, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN technologies, Layer 3 or greater, VPLS), peripherals, wireless
- Bilingual would be considered an asset
