**What you’ll do**:
Our Gas Bar Site Managers ensure consistent, scale able and profitable operations at the Gas Bar, with the goal of continually improving operations.
- Oversee, plan, and manage daily operations for a stand-alone gas bar site.
- Lead a team in a positive and engaging manner.
- Main positive relationships with vendors and distributors.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have a post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- You have 5+ years of retail experience (preferably in consumer gas industry)
- You’re familiar with merchandising
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
