**Tâches**:
En tant que coordonnateur(trice) des services techniques, vous coordonnerez avec les parties prenantes internes pour répondre aux exigences des opérations et de la maintenance, en conformité avec les objectifs et les buts de la gestion des biens immobiliers. Vous soutiendrez les équipes d’unités de gestions pour garantir que les activités de gestion des biens immobiliers sont conformes aux normes pertinentes, aux règlements en vigueur, aux lois applicables, aux politiques et aux codes. Les tâches spécifiques varient selon les champs de travail et comprennent, sans toutefois se limiter à:
- Développer et mettre à jour les plans, normes, lignes directrices, outils et meilleures pratiques pour les activités de gestions des biens immobiliers en matière d’opérations et de maintenance.
- Mettre à jour la conformité au code et fournir des informations techniques, des conseils et des recommandations sur les questions liées à la conformité.
- Collaborer avec des experts techniques pour répondre aux exigences légales et aux objectifs d’opération et de maintenance de l’organisation.
- Analyser les donner relatives aux processus de gestion des biens immobilier et à la conformité pour identifier les tendances, les schémas et les déviations potentielles.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre des politiques et des procédures liées à la conformité aux codes et aux activités d’opération et de maintenance.
- Développer et dispenser des programmes de formation, en éduquant sur les exigences de conformité et les meilleures pratiques d’opération et de maintenance.
