In this role, You Will:

- Review project documentation to define scope, budget and schedule
- Effectively manage scope of supply and internal/external relationships throughout project execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone schedules, actions registers and internal/external status reports
- Assist with the assignment of resources and team formation
- Address questions and concerns of project team, management and customers in professional and confident manner
- Provide project progress status, delays and issues to customers in timely manner
- Manage and lead scope changes
- Perform technical writing
- Manage project documentation deliverables, including prioritizing deliverables
- Assist with the coordination of testing, shipping and post project reviews
- Prepare agendas, coordinate and lead required project meetings (kick-offs, design reviews, risk assessments, etc.) and circulate actions from meetings
- Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations

- An Experienced project professional with at least 3 years of prior relevant experience leading or managing technical projects
