**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Conduct customer calls to address inquiries, provide information, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of ongoing jobs to effectively assist in project management.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction or distribution industry.
- Proficiency in invoice generation and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Salary**: $16.99-$22.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
