**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are currently seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our growing company. The **Administrative clerk**is a bridge between the production workers and the HR department. You will distinguish yourself by your rigor, your ability to organize your work according to the needs. Respect for confidentiality is essential. You also must have excellent communication in English and functional French with strong interpersonal skills.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Be the first line of contact for production employee queries
- Raise queries to HR when needed
- Guide new hires through production and provide them with the tools and equipment needed.
- Supports production with tracking absences and internal moves.
- Update reports and records as needed

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS**:

- Administrative studies or experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills;
- Full proficiency in MS Office (Word; Excel; Outlook);
- Excellent organizational skills.

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Être la première ressource pour les questions relatives aux employés de la production.
- Transmettre les questions aux RH quand cela est nécessaire
- Guider les nouveaux embauchés dans la production et leur fournir les outils et l'équipement nécessaires.
- Soutenir la production dans le suivi des absences et des déménagements internes.
- Mettre à jour les rapports et les dossiers selon les besoins

**VOS COMPÉTENCES**:

- Études ou expérience en administration
- Excellentes compétences écrites et verbales ;
- Maîtrise totale de MS Office (Word ; Excel ; Outlook) ;
- Excellent sens de l'organisation.
